Role Summary AWS Devops Engineer is a strategic and systems-focused opportunity for someone with 6-10 years of relevant experience in DevOps work. The role is based in Anywhere in India and is best suited to someone who can lead complex initiatives, shape technical direction, and drive execution across dependencies, with clear strength across AWS Devops, Amazon RDS, S3, Kubernetes. This is a long-term permanent role for someone who can contribute with consistency, ownership, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Operate scalable cloud infrastructure and delivery workflows with a focus on reliability and security. - Standardize deployment, provisioning, and runtime environments across engineering teams. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with AWS Devops, Amazon RDS, S3, and Kubernetes in production environments. - Hands-on experience with modern cloud and infrastructure tooling such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform. Nice to Have - Experience with observability, platform automation, cost control, or infrastructure governance. What Success Looks Like - Lead complex delivery with clear technical judgment, strong execution discipline, and visible impact across dependencies. - Strengthen team outcomes by operating at a level that helps actively coach teammates and help scale team standards and delivery discipline. - Make decisions that improve platform reliability, operational quality, and infrastructure decisions while operating with sound judgment and consistency. - Show credible depth across the priority skill areas of AWS Devops, Amazon RDS, S3, Kubernetes.
