Job description
Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end validation activities for Instrument Cluster features. Design, execute, and review test cases using CANoe/CAPL. Analyse CAN logs, perform root-cause investigation, and manage defects. Allocate tasks, review team outputs, monitor progress, and ensure on‑time delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders for issue resolution. Ensure adherence to OEM standards, documentation, and reporting requirements. Mentor and support team members on CAN, CAPL, and cluster functionality. Key Skills Strong hands-on experience with CAN, CANoe, CAPL scripting. Good understanding of Instrument Cluster features and automotive protocols. Experience in test execution, trace analysis, and defect management tools. Proven capability in team handling, planning, and customer communication. Good to have experience in Python. External Skills And Expertise CAPL scripting
