Role Summary Freelance Servicenow ITSM Trainer is an independent and delivery-oriented opportunity for someone with 3-6 years of relevant experience in software work. The role is remote-friendly within India and is best suited to someone who can own features or workstreams end to end with limited oversight, with clear strength across ITSM Training. This is a freelance engagement with an expected effort of 20 days, best suited to someone who can deliver focused outcomes with clear accountability. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training sessions on ITSM frameworks such as ITIL Customize training content based on client requirements and industry needs Develop training materials including presentations, case studies, and assessments Conduct workshops, hands-on exercises, and real-world scenario discussions Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback Support learners in certification preparation (e.g., ITIL Foundation/Intermediate) Stay updated with latest trends and updates in ITSM practices Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with ITSM Training in production environments. What Success Looks Like - Own meaningful features or workstreams end to end and deliver with strong judgment, pace, and follow-through. - Strengthen team outcomes by operating at a level that helps mentor newer teammates when needed and contribute positively to team execution. - Make decisions that improve execution quality, delivery decisions, and overall engineering effectiveness while operating with sound judgment and consistency. - Show credible depth across the priority skill areas of ITSM Training.
