This is a long-term permanent role for someone who can contribute with consistency, ownership, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Build polished, responsive user interfaces with reusable components and clear frontend architecture. - Translate product and design requirements into reliable web experiences. Required Skills - Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend development using React, TypeScript, or Next.js. - Ability to work with APIs, state management, and frontend quality best practices. Nice to Have - Experience with accessibility, performance optimization, or frontend testing workflows. What Success Looks Like - Ramp quickly into the team and deliver dependable scoped work while building confidence with the core stack and workflows. - Strengthen team outcomes by operating at a level that helps learn quickly from feedback and collaborate closely with experienced teammates. - Make decisions that improve frontend architecture and delivery quality while operating with sound judgment and consistency. - Show credible depth across the priority skill areas of React.
