Role Summary IT Recruiter is an independent and delivery-oriented opportunity for someone with 4 years 6 months of relevant experience in talent acquisition work. The role is based in Jaipur and is best suited to someone who can own features or workstreams end to end with limited oversight, with clear strength across Boolean Search, Recruitment. This is a long-term permanent role for someone who can contribute with consistency, ownership, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Own delivery in line with the expectation to own features or workstreams end to end with limited oversight. - Work in a way that reflects the level expected to support delivery quality, unblock teammates when needed, and influence implementation details. - Make decisions that align with the expectation to strengthen hiring execution, candidate quality, and stakeholder alignment. Required Skills - Hands-on experience with Boolean Search, especially as a higher-priority skill area. - Hands-on experience with Recruitment, especially as a higher-priority skill area. What Success Looks Like - Own meaningful features or workstreams end to end and deliver with strong judgment, pace, and follow-through. - Strengthen team outcomes by operating at a level that helps mentor newer teammates when needed and contribute positively to team execution. - Make decisions that improve hiring execution, candidate quality, and stakeholder alignment while operating with sound judgment and consistency. - Show credible depth across the priority skill areas of Boolean Search, Recruitment.
