Key Responsibilities - Develop backend workflows, internal services, or ML-adjacent APIs with clear Python engineering practices. - Support delivery through readable code, maintainable service boundaries, and dependable implementation quality. Required Skills - Strong Python development experience, including practical use of Django, Flask, or FastAPI where relevant. Nice to Have - Experience with async processing, service deployment, or analytics and ML workflows in Python. What Success Looks Like - Ramp quickly into the team and deliver dependable scoped work while building confidence with the core stack and workflows. - Strengthen team outcomes by operating at a level that helps learn quickly from feedback and collaborate closely with experienced teammates. - Make decisions that improve system design, service boundaries, and technical quality while operating with sound judgment and consistency. - Show credible depth across the priority skill areas of Python.
